In the article "Pet Dogs In Japan- Love Them and Leave Them... in a Gas Chamber" by Sophie Team Observers it talks about how dogs in Japan and all over Europe are being killed in gas chambers because they don't have a home. 1,000-1,200 are being killed everyday! This makes me furious because I love dogs and if they don't have a home we should find one for them. Although Europe thinks gassing is inhumane and lethal injection is preferred gassing is still practiced even in the U.S. The intergovernmental Terrestrial Animal Health Standards Commission doesn't recommend it they still believe its acceptable. I don't understand how people can just kill the creatures. It is very cruel and not the least humane. If you would like to see how monstrous this is watch this video. Wow that is simply horrible. I've never seen this video before, thanks for sharing this. I definitely never understood the cruelty that these dogs are being subject to. From a moral perspective, how would you describe that video?
